Turn receipt photos into ATO deduction categories, without typing each one in.
Choose a photo of a receipt. The amount, date and supplier are read on your device and we suggest a label based on the ATO's deduction questions (a suggestion only; you decide what you claim). Export one CSV for your tax agent. Free for 10 receipts.

Where the categories come from
Category names are based on the ATO's deduction questions D1 to D10 in the 2026 individual tax return instructions (D1 Work-related car expenses, D2 Work-related travel expenses, D3 Work-related clothing, laundry and dry-cleaning expenses, D4 Work-related self-education expenses, D5 Other work-related expenses, D6 Low-value pool deduction, D7 Interest deductions, D8 Dividend deductions, D9 Gifts or donations, D10 Cost of managing tax affairs). The suggestion is keyword matching on the receipt text and is often wrong: whether something is deductible depends on your circumstances. Sole traders report business expenses on a different schedule, so that option is labelled as not an ATO D1-D10 label.
